Which platforms does Trigyfy support?

Trigyfy currently supports Instagram. Telegram, LinkedIn and Twitter/X are on our roadmap and not live yet — we'll only call a platform 'live' once it actually is.

Is my account safe when using automation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Trigyfy uses Meta's official Instagram Login and Graph API — no password sharing and no scraping. We respect Instagram's rate limits and only take the actions you configure, so your account stays in good standing.

Can I try Trigyfy before committing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial that unlocks full Pro access, including up to 1,000 automated outbound messages (replies and DMs combined). In India it's an early-bird ₹1 to start (auto-converts to Pro after 14 days, cancel anytime); internationally it's free with no card. When the trial ends you can stay on the Free plan (1,000 replies + DMs per month) or continue on Pro or Pro Plus.

How does billing work?

In India, Pro is ₹399/month (₹299/month billed annually) and Pro Plus is ₹699/month (₹599/month billed annually) — both inclusive of GST, processed securely via Razorpay with UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and autopay. Outside India, Pro is $9.99/month and Pro Plus is $19.99/month, billed by Paddle in your local currency (with annual discounts). You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't do refunds for partial months, but you'll never be charged again after cancelling.

API access is on the Pro roadmap. As it ships, you'll be able to integrate Trigyfy into your existing workflows and build custom automation sequences.

Free users get community support via our Discord. Pro and Pro Plus users receive priority email support with 24-hour response times.

How many AI replies are included?

Free includes 5 AI smart comment replies per month. The ₹1 paid Pro trial and the regular Pro plan include 100 per month. Pro Plus includes unlimited AI replies. AI Reply works on a selected post and combines your short context, the post caption and each incoming comment.
